When registering an account, only your email address will be saved together with the registered products. Your password is only known to you and can only be reset by you in case of loss. If you purchase a product through our site, further data will be stored which is necessary for a proper invoice. These include: Name, address, e-mail, country and, if applicable, VAT-ID. Furthermore, we store your IP address (Internet Protocol) at the time of your order. Every product you purchase from us or one of our partner shops comes with a serial number. This serial number is stored by us together with your registration data on our server in Germany. The individual activations are also stored in this data record. This entire data set identifies you as the owner of your products. You have the possibility to download your products several times if necessary. Each download is logged with the amount of data transferred to ensure that your data has arrived correctly.

If you wish us to delete your data record irretrievably, please write to us via the support ticket system. We would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to reactivate your account.

Duration of storage of personal data

The duration of the storage of personal data is determined by the relevant statutory retention periods (e.g. from commercial law and tax law).
