Before you can register a product you need o have your challenge code and your serial number ready.
You can find the challenge code in your Elastik or Liquid Setup Menu. Drag and drop the Soundbank into the setup window and it will appear in the according field.
The serial number is in the inlay of your DVD case.
Now please do the following:
1. Got to our webpage www.ueberschall.com
2. Click on user area
3. Click on "my products" and then on "register DVD-Product".
4. Fill out the product registration form.
5. Wait till you receive an email from us with the response key. If it does not come please check your spam filter.
As soon as you received the response key you have to enter it in your player.
6. go to our program.
7. copy and paste the response key from our email into the response key field and press enter.
If your soundbank should not change to "licensed" please make sure you are working with the latest update or contact us via the support request formular.
