Website Relaunch
Hello and welcome to the new ueberschall website.
After 6 years it was time to plan and implement a new website with new and improved features. This will be the first of three intended steps, which will follow in the next months.
We tried to design our site as easy as possible so you will be able to find what you are looking for with just a few clicks.
In the 'support' area you will find all the useful things like tutorials for both our players, latest versions and updates, FAQs and a newly set up user's forum. With a click on the player icons on the right side of the page you will get the complete information on our Liquid and Elastik engines. Here you will also find free download content for testing our players extensively in your working environment.
To improve our support we settled for a ticket system. This way, upon your request, we will receive all the vital information, e.g. which platform or which plug-in is being used and are thereby able to reply right away without having to make any further inquiries.
The ticket system is completely integrated in the website and thus allows for several supporters from different locations world-wide to answer your questions.
Our ticket system is intended solely for technical support inquiries. Furthermore you can send questions, opinions and suggestions regarding our products via the 'contact form'.
Of course we would also like to know what you think of our website.
